I am a Bengali-American yoga teacher invested in making the practice accessible to communities who have been traditionally excluded from the wellness space. I am most interested in 1:1 work, as I believe that the practice is meant to be tailored to particular individuals based on their unique constitutions, personal histories, and needs at a specific time. Whether you have extensive yoga experience or have never taken a class, the practice has something for everyone.

I am particularly interested in how the more subtle components of the practice (including pranayama and restorative yoga) can be used to support mental health as a cornerstone to personal and collective liberation. I am also passionate about yoga philosophy, and the intersections between ancient philosophy and contemporary social justice including issues of inequity, casteism, religious intolerance, and more.
